Ky-Mani joined forces with Praswell (Fugees) to create the hit song cover to Eddy Grant's "Electric Avenue". As Ky-Mani took the stage at Midem which is an international music concert that was held in Miami for its first time, the power of his starpower was evident. Ky-Mani performed a dynamic set for a packed Cameo Theatre that was full to the brim. It was broadcast live by CANA (Caribbean News Agency) and was broadcast to over the 36 nations. Ky-mani Marley has been creating his sixth studio album that will show his personal growth and illustrating the duality of his personality Ky-Mani and Maestro. It's a result of an urban style that has roots in the reggae and hip-hop culture. The album is expected to offer an exciting departure from the typical synth pop that is associated with the genre, and will instead provide a true representation of urban reggae and hip-hop mix. His latest song was released "New Heights" on March 3, 2011.
