Hallie Jackson is an American reporter and analyst. She currently serves as an analyst and White House correspondent at NBC News. She also anchors several news programs for MSNBC. John Hopkins University awarded her an honorary degree in political science following her birth in Pennsylvania. Jackson started her professional career in Maryland Delaware Connecticut and a few other cities for television stations WBOC (affiliated with CBS). She later joined Hearst Corporation, reporting to the 26 stations that operate from Washington DC. Following this she joined NBC News (in 2014) and for a time was employed at the NBC station located in Los Angeles. Her outstanding reporting of several election campaigns in addition to the 2016 Presidential elections, she gained a reputation for being a committed journalist for the political world.
